SPARC Europe Statement on OA for Public Hearing EU 2011

On Monday May 30th 2011 the European Commission held a public hearing on Access to and Preservation of Scientific Information on preparation for a planned communication on scientific communications in the digital age later in 2011. SPARC Europe had been granted a 7 minute slot, along with 19 other organizations, to put forth concrete suggestions for the Commission's work in this area.
