OASPA, the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association, is pleased to announce the 2nd Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing, which will be held at the President Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic.

On Tuesday August 24th, OASPA is also sponsoring a half day workshop on Creating and Managing Open Access Journals, aimed for all scholar/researchers interested in founding new open access journals in their field of study. The target group would include small societies, special interest groups, university departments, libraries and other groups of researcher/scholars who are interested in creating a new open access scholarly journal or enhancing the quality of an existing journal.
